Don’t forget your St Patricks Day Workout!

Leprechaun ready for his st patricks day workoutDon’t forget to get your St Patircks Day Workout in! You may be planning to celebrate St. Patricks Day early this weekend and if so, you’ll want to watch out for a mischievous little Leprechaun named “Lucky” who might be hanging around your house.

Lucky is that sneaky inner voice that tries to throw you off your track and make you neglect your regular workout by suggesting (in your own voice), “Lucky thing I can workout later today,” when in fact “later” never comes or, “Lucky I worked out three times this week and don’t really have to work out again this weekend.”

Don’t let “Lucky” ruin St Patricks Day Workout this weekend!

Even five minutes of rigorous bouncing on your fitness trampoline helps stimulate the lymphatic flow and keeps your body healthy, plus it helps reduce cellulite! By increasing lymphatic flow it also helps detoxify the body….something to think about on your day after St. Patricks Day Workout! Those of you who already have a JumpSport Fitness Trampoline know it’s an easy way to get a quick, intense, low-impact workout in the comfort and privacy of your own home. The answer to health and well being comes from a balanced diet, regular exercise and a positive attitude toward life…all things we can give ourselves.

This is FANTASTIC! I still know no matter how small the trampoline, I would still need a trampoline net to protect my safety. Hahaha.
